7-day, no-questions refund. If you unlock a report (or a 10-report pack) and you're not satisfied — didn't get to green, prompts didn't help, changed your mind — email support@leakfix.app within 7 days of payment with your report link or Stripe receipt. We refund the full amount.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and usually land in 5–10 business days.
This sits on top of our product promise: free re-scans until your app is green. Most people never need the refund because we keep scanning with them for free.
